Anthony Ottavino is Principal of OTA Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate firm focused on brokerage, financial advisory, and asset management. He advises on acquisitions, dispositions, and capital sourcing across multi-family, retail, office, and mixed-use assets. With 20 years in real estate investment banking at Scotiabank and TD, he brings deep capital markets expertise. Anthony is also an adjunct professor of Real Estate Finance at the Schulich School of Business, where he earned both his iBBA and MBA degrees.
